Our Guarantee
FastDupes guarantees all products and services performed. We shall replace any product that is deemed defective by reason of workmanship or materials.

Privacy Policy
We elect to send promotional materials via e-mail to our existing customer base and to those who opted in to our email distribution list. We only use our customers emails for our own use and we do not provide any customer information to any third parties. Customers will receive email notifications of special offerings as long as they are subscribed to the FastDupes email program. Any person may elect to remove themselves from the list at any time. If you are having difficulty removing yourself from the list, please call us at (888) 482-1756 or email us at info@fastdupes.com.

Shipping
We use UPS shipping rates provided by UPS and the USPS directly; using their published shipping rates. Orders received before 3:00 PM EST will usually ship within 24-72 hours.

Returns
If your product needs to be returned for reasons due to workmanship or an error on our end we will make it right. Products will be shipped out at the same level of service you initially requested. Customers have 72 hours from the date a shipment is received to notify us of any quantity or item discrepancies. After this period we will not be held responsible. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Payment Methods
All orders should be paid in full prior to shipping. A 50% deposit is required to begin any order. We gladly accept cash, company check, cashiers check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. The company name FastDupes will appear on your credit card statement.

Your receipt
A receipt will be sent to your email address. Additionally, you will receive a hard copy receipt by mail with your order.

Our Low Price Guarantee
To better serve you, FastDupes has incorporated a Low Price Guarantee. If you find any other vendor who offers the identical service you ordered at a lower price we will beat or match it as long as we can verify the price. We cannot price match haggled prices. Prices must be the published or current price when we verify it.
